This session will be guided by our WISF community member Marta. Marta Schafstall, executive trainer and specialist in somatic self-leadership and strategic presence will guide our lunch networking. The goal is connect in a way that feels grounded, energizing, and real – not performative.

Through mini somatic practices and guided conversation prompts, you’ll learn how to:

• Show up with presence, not pressure
